Just a quick reminder of the current hourly minimum wage rates.

The current rates, which were applicable from April 2018 and based on your age, are as follows: –

25 and over – £7.83 per hour
21-24 – £7.38 per hour
18-20 – £5.90 per hour
Under 18 – £4.20 per hour
Apprentice – £3.70 per hour

Apprentices are entitled to the apprentice wage if they’re either under 19 or aged 19 & over and in their first year of their apprenticeship
