The national minimum wage levels will increase again from October 2016 as follows: –

21-24 year olds – £6.95 per hour

18-20 year olds – £5.55 per hour

16-17 year olds – £4.00 per hour

Apprencice rate – £3.40 per hour

The rate for employees 25 & over remains at £7.20 per hour.
